Guildrun system requirements
This guide has not been rewritten in your language yet, so you are reading the English version. We do not machine translate: entity names would stop matching the game.
Taken from the Steam page of the demo. Modest on Windows, Apple Silicon only on Mac, and one line that contradicts itself.
Windows
Steam attaches a note to the minimum column: those parts are for Low quality at 1920×1080, and an HDD is fine — no SSD required. The recommended column asks for an SSD.
The minimum graphics card came out in 2015. This is not a demanding game.
| Minimum | Recommended | |
|---|---|---|
| OS | Windows 10 | Windows 10 or 11 |
| Processor | Intel i5-4460 / AMD Ryzen 3 1200 | Intel i5-8600K / AMD Ryzen 5 2600 |
| Memory | 8 GB | 16 GB |
| Graphics | GTX 960 / RX 470 | GTX 1660 Ti / RTX 2060 / RX 5700 |
| DirectX | — | Version 11 |
| Storage | 15 GB | 15 GB |
macOS
Apple Silicon only. No Intel Mac is listed, at either tier, and the minimum memory on Mac is double the Windows minimum.
| Minimum | Recommended | |
|---|---|---|
| OS | macOS 13 Ventura or newer | See the note below |
| Processor | Apple M1 | Apple M1 Pro |
| Memory | 16 GB | 16 GB |
| Storage | 18 GB | 18 GB |
The macOS line Steam gets wrong
The recommended row on the Steam page reads "macOS 13 Sequoia or newer". Those two do not go together. macOS 13 is Ventura; Sequoia is macOS 15. The minimum row says "macOS 13 Ventura or newer", which is internally consistent.
So the recommended macOS version is genuinely unresolved: either 13 Ventura, matching the number, or 15 Sequoia, matching the name. The error is on the store page and belongs to the publisher, not to us.
If you are picking a machine, the safe reading is that anything from Ventura up with an M1 Pro satisfies both interpretations.
Linux, SteamOS and Steam Deck
There is no Linux or SteamOS entry on the store page at all, and the studio FAQ lists Linux support as undetermined.
For Steam Deck the FAQ is more specific: the game is playable using the trackpad with the L1 and L2 buttons. Native controller support is under evaluation and has not been promised.
Where these numbers come from
The Steam page of the Guildrun Demo, published 16 July 2026 by Leyline Creations, which is both developer and publisher. They describe the demo build. The full game targets 2027 and its requirements may move.
