Five fights
Bosses
A run ends at one of three dragons on floor 11, and passes a boss on floor 5 before that. Each fight exists in three versions — one per difficulty tier — and the numbers do not simply climb: the middle tier often carries more health than the highest, which instead hits far harder. Every boss also leaves behind a relic that changes the fights after it, and on the top difficulty that relic grows stronger with every win. Below: full stats per tier, both abilities in their exact wording, and the relic tied to each fight.

How many bosses does Guildrun have?
Guildrun has five bosses. Three dragons — fire, frost and poison — wait on floor 11, and two act bosses, the Demon and the Hydra, on floor 5. Each appears at three difficulties, and the third is not simply more health: on all three dragons attack damage jumps from 300 to 425 while health can fall.

Boss stats at every difficulty
All fifteen boss tiers side by side. Health does not climb in a straight line, and difficulty 3 is where the offensive stats step up.

How to read these fights
- The middle difficulty tier is not a halfway point. On four of the five fights it has the highest health in the game, while the top tier trades health for offence — a team that stalls beats tier 2, a team that survives beats tier 3.
- Every boss ability hits more than one hero. The three dragons splash their auto attacks onto whoever stands next to the target, so spreading the front line costs less than stacking it.
- Floor 5 is the real filter. The Demon turns aggressive under half health and the Hydra gains an attack every time it loses a head, so both fights get harder exactly as you are finishing them.
- The relic a boss leaves behind applies to the fights that follow, not the one you just won. Read it before choosing your next path.
- Dragon damage scales off Magic, not Attack. Defence does very little in the fight on floor 11 — health and healing do far more.
