Guildrun Heroes
Guildrun ships with 25 heroes split across seven classes. What you pick matters less than how you rank it up: at rank B a hero unlocks a specialization, and that is where it stops playing like its class. Rip can tank a whole fight or turn into a damage carry depending on which path you take. Below is every hero with base stats, starting ability and all three paths, so you can see what each one actually turns into.
Updated for patch 0.5.6
How many heroes does Guildrun have?
Guildrun has 25 heroes and seven classes, four heroes to a class. Three of them hold two classes at once: Zuri, Rowan and Tilly, so they count for both sets of synergies. Ranking a hero to B unlocks one of its three specializations, and that choice sets the role it plays.

How to use it well
- Base stats only tell you where a hero starts. The specialization at rank B is what decides the role it ends up playing.
- Assassins start at 50 crit while everyone else sits at 15. Zuri is the outlier worth knowing: Tank and Assassin at once, so 900 health with that same 50 crit.
- Vanguards hold the front. Rip has the most health in the game at 1250, which is why it shows up in four of the nine builds on the tier list.
- Heroes with two classes count for both sets of synergies, so they are worth more than their stat line suggests.
- Getting one hero to rank S beats getting three to rank A. Rank S adds a fourth item slot and the S class upgrade.
