What the effects react to

Deceleration

Deceleration entities trigger on Stall, the slow-attack state, and pay out in Attack Speed and Magic. 15 relics and items are built on it: 15 relics and 0 items.

Updated for patch 0.5.10

The Stall schedule

Much of this family is written against fixed Stall marks, and several relics share them. Deceleration Aegis grants 700 lasting Shields after Stall 15, 30 and 45, down from 800 in 0.5.1, and Deceleration Corruptor doubles the Poison on every enemy at those three points. Frost Catalyst, from another family, fires on the same marks. Deceleration Apotheosis keeps a slower beat, +15% basic stats at 25, 50 and 75, Deceleration Filigree pays 12 Shards at 30 and 60, and Deceleration Legacy Crystal gives nothing before Stall (45), then 1% basic stats for every two Stall triggers of the game, earlier ones included.

Stall Aria carries four of those: Corruptor, Frost Catalyst, Apotheosis and Legacy Crystal. The Corruptor has nothing to double without Poison, so the build brings Pollen, whose The Fae's Kiss makes Sanctuary of Bloom inflict 100% more Poison after Stall (10). It is also the only build with Deceleration Mandate, one more hero after 25 Stall triggers, up to five.

What each trigger is worth

On each Stall trigger, Deceleration Fluctuator gives heroes 10 Attack Speed and 10 Magic, Deceleration Resonator heals them for 250 and Deceleration Reactor adds a 10% Max HP Shield and 8 Mana. Two specs in Stall Aria bank part of every trigger for good, 3 Magic on Aria's The Crescendo and 20 Max HP with 5 Defense on Rowan's The Friend, and Rowan's Catalyst of Patience grows by a Defense and a Magic each time.

Stall abilities can also come sooner. Crown of Patience makes its holder's trigger 12 seconds earlier and Eye of Patience 6, and the Stall Certainty upgrade reads 6 seconds faster; Stall Tanks gives it to Skorn and Fiona at rank S, Stall Aria to Rowan at rank A. The quest ladder removes 20 seconds across its four steps, twice what the Acceleration ladder adds to Rush, and Stall Aria runs every step:

How many entities scale with Deceleration?
15 in the current pool: 15 relics and 0 items. Each of them carries the mechanic in its name.
Do effects on the same mechanic stack?
Relics apply to the whole guild and stack with each other, so several pointing at the same mechanic compound rather than overlap. That is why builds tend to commit to one mechanic instead of spreading.
