Stages

Every fight the game can put in front of you, grouped the way it builds them. The files hold 243 stage records, but they are three difficulty tiers of the same encounter, and several encounters keep an identical line-up over five floors — so what follows is 62 distinct fights, each with the full table of floors and tiers rather than a page per row. For each one: how many units it fields and of which family, the effective health and offence at every tier, and the floors it can turn up on. Boss floors are not repeated here — floors 5 and 11 have their own pages.

How many stages does Guildrun have?

The game files hold 243 playable stage records, which are 81 encounters at three difficulty tiers each. Several encounters repeat the same line-up across consecutive floors, so they come down to 62 distinct fights — 57 on the floor ladder and 5 triggered by events — plus the five boss fights on floors 5 and 11.

Floors 5 and 11 — the boss fights

The act bosses and the three dragons have pages of their own, with stats for all three tiers.

Event fights

Fights an event starts rather than the map. The game files park them outside the floor ladder, but they happen on the floor where you met the event.

How to use this list

  • Read the line-up before the health number. Two mages and three tanks is a very different fight from five archers at the same effective health, and the line-up is what decides your positioning.
  • Watch the jump from floor 4 to floor 6. Effective health roughly doubles, from around ten thousand to around twenty-two thousand, and it is the point where a guild that skipped an upgrade starts to lose.
  • Encounters that cover several floors share one page here. The table on that page gives the numbers for each floor, so a fight listed under floor 6 may be the one you meet on floor 10.
  • The offence column moves faster than the health column on difficulty 3. If your guild survives tier 2 but loses tier 3, the fix is damage taken, not damage dealt.
  • Floor 0 is the only encounter that does not scale: 200 health on all three tiers, one Turtle, five damage.

Questions people ask

What is a stage in Guildrun?
One fight on one floor. The game picks it from a pool when you enter the floor, fields a fixed set of enemies, and scales the numbers to the difficulty tier you are playing.
Why do some stages cover more than one floor?
Because the game reuses the same line-up as the run goes on. Mushroom Army fields the same two tanks, one archer and two mages from floor 6 to floor 10, changing only the numbers, so it makes one page with the table of all five floors.
What is effective offence?
The total attacking power the board fields, the way the game computes it. It rises much faster than health on the top difficulty tier, which is why tier 3 kills quickly rather than slowly.
Are boss fights included in this list?
No. Floors 5 and 11 have their own pages, with the stats of all three tiers and the relic each boss leaves. Linking them here rather than repeating them keeps one page per fight.
What are the event fights at the bottom?
Five encounters started by an event instead of by the map: a duel against a single Forest Golem, a survival fight against five mushrooms, the Demon and Hydra rematches, and a damage check against a practice target.
Do stages have names in the game?
No. The game never shows a stage name, and the localisation tables have no entry for one. The names used here describe the line-up each fight puts on the board.
Which Guildrun stage fields the most health?
Mushroom Army on floor 10, at 71,339 effective health on difficulty 1. It is the heaviest board before the dragons on floor 11.
How many stage records are in the game files?
There are 62 distinct encounters, and 228 rows once you count every floor and difficulty tier separately. Test stages and boss floors are excluded.
